Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: W-106 A, MIDC Rd, Kulgaon, Badlapur, Maharashtra 421503
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges
- Orders with an invoice value under ₹1500 are charged a shipping fee of ₹150.
- Orders with an invoice value of ₹1500 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges, where applicable, cover the cost of delivery and are treated separately from the value of the product(s) ordered. See the Refunds section below for how shipping charges are handled when a return is made.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- You will be refunded the value of the product(s) returned. Shipping charges paid at the time of order, if any, are non-refundable, as they cover delivery costs already incurred.
- Exception: If the return is the result of our error — for example, the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — the shipping charges paid will also be refunded in full, along with the product value.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
